Hello Applicant,

This application is for temporary sales on private property within Brigham City limits and is limited to ten (10) consecutive days per quarter. Applications must be received ten (10) days prior to sale date.

With this application, you will be required to submit the following:
  • Simple drawing of the sales site showing placement of temporary business on property, traffic flow, signs, etc.
  • Health Department permit (if preparing food on site)
  • Fire Inspection (for food trucks)
Property owner permission is required. Property owners must complete the Property Owner Permission for Temporary Merchants form found on the Business Licensing webpage.

Temporary signage requirements: call Community Development at 435-734-6619.

Food truck signage must be attached to the truck except for one menu sign that cannot exceed three feet by four feet (3' x 4') and must be placed on a hard surface no more than ten feet (10') from the truck. The menu sign cannot be placed in the right of way.
